2006 saw the anime Chocotto Sister TV release based on the manga Chokotto Sister by Go Zappa, Sakura Takeuchi released in 2003. Yasuhiro Kuroda was the director. The music is written by Masara Nishida who also wrote music for City Hunter: Goodbye my Sweetheart special. The series consists of 24-minute episodes totaling to 24. The anime is filmed as a comedy.
